Position: Summer Camp Workers
Temporary position for summer camps - 2026
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- CPR / AED / First Aid preferred
- Knowledge of or desire to learn and teach techniques and procedures
- Ability to instruct and supervise students
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Job Description:
- Observe and shadow coaches' responsibilities
- Participate in training sessions, as needed
- Assist in maintaining and cleaning facilities in the district, including but not limited to repairing or replacing equipment as needed
- Setting up and taking down equipment used on a daily basis, including the return of all equipment to its proper storage location
- Assist in maintaining a current inventory of equipment within the district
- Adhere to La Porte ISD athletic dress code and behavior requirements
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by campus and district personnel
