The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Assistant Athletic Trainer. This is a full-time 10-month position reporting to the HEAD AT.
Pitt-Bradford is a NCAA Division III institution and a founding member of the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC). Our ideal candidate will not only enjoy but thrive in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and collaboration are paramount.

As Assistant Athletic Trainer, you will:
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited professional athletic training education program with a minimum of a Bachelors degree in athletic training. Masters degree preferred. BOC certification. PA State Licensed and healthcare provider. CPR certification. Strong writing skills, computer skills, and ability to work nontraditional hours and travel when necessary. A sense of humor and well-developed work ethic are also helpful.
Applicants who are currently seeking certification may apply to be considered for post-certification employment contingent on obtaining the required licenses.

Provides comprehensive care to student-athletes on campus and at game venues. Assists in supervision of all facets of the Athletics Training Program. Coordinates medical procedures and physicals.
Serve as the primary athletic training link for all Pitt-Bradford Athletic Teams and opposing teams. Supervise and coordinate the overall injury prevention evaluation, treatment, short-term and long-term rehabilitation, education, and counseling, and athletics-related healthcare administration of all student-athletes in consultation with and under the supervision of the team physician and other qualified medical personnel.
Serve as the primary athletic training link for all Pitt-Bradford Athletic Teams and opposing teams.
