Athletic Trainer – Core Coverage Team Event Coverage | Consistent Shifts | Elite Events | Youth Athletics
ATvantage is hiring BOC-certified Athletic Trainers to join our Core Coverage Teams to cover events at various locations around the US.
This is not traditional per diem. It's structured, team-based, and built on consistency, trust, and professionalism.

What You'll Do:
- Provide on-site injury prevention and care
- Document clinical encounters per standards
- Commit to scheduled event shifts (monthly/seasonally)
- Be a reliable, team-first provider
Requirements:
- BOC-certified and state licensed (or eligible)
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work multiple shifts per month
