The Wirt County Board of Education announces the following extracurricular employment opportunities for the 2026-2027 school year:

POSITION: Athletic Trainer, WCMS

QUALIFICATIONS:

Athletic Trainer - holds a professional service certificate endorsed for athletic trainer

or,

Authorized Athletic Trainer - an individual who holds certification through the National Trainers Association (NATABOC)

DUTIES:

• Follow all procedures as required by the WVSSAC regulations for Athletic Trainers.
• Review concussion protocol for return to practice.

SUPERVISOR: Principal/Assistant Principal

SALARY: $6,000
