This opportunity is a full-time position with BSW Rehab and your salary will be commiserate with years of licensed or BOC experience starting at
$56,326.40 for 0 years of experience.
The Athletic Trainer/WorkStrategies Specialist is responsible for the delivery of the continuum of WorkStrategies prevention services and athletic training services on site with the client. This position is an integral part of the injury prevention and health promotion team with City of Fort Worth. This position provides WorkStrategies services to City of Fort Worth employees.

Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
Deliver athletic training services in coordination with physicians and outpatient physical therapists as part of pre and post injury care plans.
Domains I-V
Deliver WorkStrategies prevention services at assigned locations. Prevention services include, but are not limited to:
WorkStrategies OnSite program
Advanced Early Symptom Intervention
New Hire Training and Return to Work
Movement Assessments
Preventative exercise prescription
Body mechanics/behavior audits
Wellness coaching
WorkRisk, WorkTask, and WorkStation Analysis
Worksite Education programs
Prepare and complete appropriate documentation for services listed above
Facilitate regular communication with clients for the purposes of assisting with relationship development and program review
Assist in addressing client concerns
Facilitate regular communication with market leadership for purposes of reporting WS Prevention activity
Participate in continuing education and job training programs
Some travel may be required.
Performs other duties or special projects as assigned.
Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
