Athletic Trainer - Full-Time - Independence, MO

Athletic Trainer - Independence, MO Mobile Medical Corporation, a Women Business Enterprise (WBE), provides nationwide occupational medical and risk management solutions focused on workforce health, safety, and wellness. We are seeking a Full-Time Athletic Trainer to support construction workers on-site in Independence, MO.

Key Responsibilities

Provide injury prevention, evaluation, first aid, and rehabilitation services Conduct fitness assessments and develop individualized wellness programs Educate workers on exercise, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits Monitor progress and provide ongoing support and motivation Collaborate with Safety Professionals to enhance employee wellness initiatives Analyze health and injury trends and recommend program improvements Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of Athletic Trainer or related experience ATC/LAT certification required Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training or related field Bilingual in English/Spanish Experience in industrial or construction settings preferred Strong knowledge of orthopedic/sports medicine injuries, body mechanics, exercise physiology, and rehabilitation Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills Health coaching or nutrition counseling experience is a plus

Compensation & Schedule

Commensurate with Experience Monday-Friday
