Athletic Trainer

We are seeking a motivated Athletic Trainer to join a high-impact human performance program focused on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and overall performance optimization. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a multidisciplinary team supporting an active population in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

In this role, you will play a key part in improving physical readiness, reducing injury risk, and enhancing recovery through evidence-based practices. You’ll collaborate with professionals across multiple specialties to deliver comprehensive care and performance strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide injury prevention, evaluation, and rehabilitation services
• Support performance optimization across physical, mental, and recovery-focused domains
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated care
• Educate and guide individuals on injury reduction and recovery strategies
• Track and support performance outcomes using data-driven tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Athletic Training program
• Certified Athletic Trainer (BOC) with active or eligible state licensure
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with active populations
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
