• Have knowledge in Microsoft programs such as Word and Excel Essential Duties/Responsibilities: *Supervise other student employees within a given area
• Answering the phone, data entry, filing, typing, and photocopying
• Manual assembly
• Tours
• Assisting faculty and patrons
