• This role reports to the Graduate Assistant for Game & Event Operations & Director of Internal Operations on a daily basis
• Assist with pre-event setup, event day management, post-event tear down for various sports & events
• This position provides opportunities for skill development in leadership, event & operational management

Compensation:

• Opportunities to attend UCA Athletic events, behind-the-scenes access, and mentorship from personnel within UCA Athletics
• Staff meals provided at some athletic events
• Paid based off of Federal Eligibility (Will not be able to work other on-campus jobs)

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down for gamedays & various events: Football, Soccer, Volleyball, Basketball, Softball & Baseball
• Soccer - Retrieve balls that are kicked out of play
• Softball & Volleyball - Retrieve balls that are hit out of play
• Baseball - Scoreboard & Pitch Clock operator
• Men's & Women's Basketball - Mop game court (in between timeouts & throughout each game)
• Aid in Maintaining Facilities
• Work Conditions - Be able to lift 25lbs
• Represent the University & Athletic Department with integrity at all times
• Must be on time to assigned events & duties!
• Night & Weekend availability is required!
