Requirements Qualifications Successful applicants must obtain and/or provide the following before beginning employment:

  • Fingerprint clearance from the Department of Justice and/or FBI
  • Proof of Tuberculosis clearance
  • Social Security Card for payroll purposes
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Additional training may be required

Credential Copy One of the following must be submitted:

  • Valid single subject credential
  • Evidence of application to CTC
  • A letter from your University stating you are Intern Eligible
  • An explanation as to why this requirement is not met.
