This part‑time position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across multiple areas of collegiate athletics, including game‑day operations, social media management, and compliance support. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in college athletics administration while making a meaningful impact on the student‑athlete experience.ResponsibilitiesAthletics Operations & Game Day ManagementLead and manage game‑day operations for home athletic events, ensuring a professional and engaging environmentServe as on‑site administrator for assigned contestsCoordinate staffing, set‑up, and event logisticsCommunications & Social MediaCreate and manage athletics social media content, including live game updates, graphics, and promotionsPromote athletic events, student‑athlete achievements, and department initiativesMaintain a consistent and engaging digital brand presenceCompliance & Administrative SupportSupport compliance efforts through organization of documentation and eligibility trackingMaintain accurate and organized records in accordance with institutional policiesCollaborate with coaches and staff to support team and departmental needsAssist with special events, recruiting activities, and community engagement initiativesAdditional DutiesPerform other duties as assigned by the Director of AthleticsRequirementsPassion for college athletics and student‑athlete developmentStrong organizational and communication skillsExperience with social media platforms and content creationAbility to work evenings and weekends (game days)Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environmentAdditional InformationSalary: $25 per hour / 18.5 hours week part‑time non‑benefited position.
