    Student would be teaching swim lessons to adults of the class. Please see job description for qualifications.

    Department: Athletics
    Location: Alumni Gym Pool

    Supervisor: Olivia Parham

    Hours/Shifts Available: 2 days a week, typically evenings; students can expect to work ~3 hrs/week (maybe more with private lessons)

    Rate of Pay: $12/hr

    Number of Positions available: 4

    Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Help creating curriculum to teach swim lessons

    • Being in the water helping teach basic swimming skills

    • Being able to work with a range of skills and range of people

    • Communication with supervisor, class, and fellow instructors

    Qualifications:

    • Must have prior swim lesson experience whether it be adults or kids.

    • Being able to swim for extended period of time

    • good communications skills

    Location: Schenectady, NY
