Alaska Athletics is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Ticketing & Events Intern. This internship provides hands-on experience in collegiate athletics, with a primary focus on ticket operations, customer service, and event execution. The selected candidate will play an integral role in enhancing the fan experience while supporting the planning and execution of athletic events.
This position is ideal for individuals interested in sports management, event operations, and fan engagement within a fast-paced collegiate athletics environment.

Minimum Qualifications:
Current enrollment in a related degree program (e.g., Sports Management, Business, Marketing, Event Planning).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle financial transactions responsibly.
Proficiency in Google Workspace
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during athletic events.
Passion for sports and creating a positive fan experience.
Position Details:
This is a part-time, non-exempt temporary position. New hires will be placed on the UA Temporary Staff Salary Schedule, Grade 76, based on education and experience.
