Atlanta | Restaurant Manager | Multi-Unit Group

An established, premier restaurant group in Atlanta is seeking a passionate and driven Restaurant Manager to join its dynamic team. This individual will play a vital role in executing seamless shift operations, driving hospitality standards, and leading team performance. Core Responsibilities

• Oversees daily floor operations and shift execution across multiple locations to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
• Holds hourly team members accountable through timely feedback, coaching, and ongoing training.
• Educates staff on company purpose, mission, core company values..
• Executes new hire training and provides ongoing development support for front-of-house staff.
• Participates in P&L reviews, demonstrating an understanding of budgets versus actuals, and contributes to assigned areas of responsibility.
• Manages daily cash handling duties, including drawer reconciliations, bank deposits, change orders, and check writing.
• Supervises shift operations to meet budgeted cost targets across labor, food, beverage, and controllable expenses.
• Proactively addresses guest feedback, leading prompt service recovery and cultivating regular guest relationships.

Operational Involvement

The Restaurant Manager ensures operational consistency across units by:

• Planning shifts effectively, including floor coverage, petty cash audits, and pre-shift menu meetings.
• Maintaining floor cleanliness and organization, holding staff accountable for opening/closing duties and daily cleaning projects.
• Educating staff on workplace safety, security, and facility cleanliness protocols.
• Utilizing time-management tools, master scheduling, and writing quarterly priorities to achieve unit targets.
• Target-spotting operational problem areas and implementing swift, effective solutions on the floor.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least three years of full-service restaurant management experience.
• Proven track record of meeting cost and sales targets, achieving personal goals, and developing staff.
• Solid understanding of P&L concepts, financial reporting, and operational troubleshooting.
• High level of expertise in food, beverage, and service execution.
• Adept in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and modern POS/computer systems.
• Excellent oral, written, and listening communication skills paired with strong leadership abilities.
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays across assigned restaurant locations.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
