Job Description

• Manage multiple retail projects from award through completion
• Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and change orders
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong client communication
• Ensure project quality, safety compliance, and on-time delivery
• Track costs and provide accurate project reporting

The Successful Applicant

• 3+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction
• Proven retail construction experience, ideally with projects in the $500K-$2M range
• Strong understanding of scheduling, cost control, and construction contracts
• Ability to manage multiple fast-track projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
