Job Description:
Diagnose and repair ATM hardware and related banking equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance on ATMs to reduce downtime.
Install, configure, test, and service:
ATMs and Teller Cash Recyclers (TCRs)
Drive-up banking systems
Pneumatic tube systems
Audio/video equipment
Alarm systems
CCTV/security cameras
Electronic locks, vaults, and safe deposit boxes
Replace defective mechanical and electronic components.
Respond to scheduled, emergency, and after-hours service calls.
Document completed work and maintain accurate service records.
Provide excellent customer service while working independently in the field.
Follow all company safety procedures and security protocols.
