Job Title: ATP Facilitation Trainer
Location: Remote
Contract: 4+ Months
Pay rate: $35/hr. on W2
Role Summary: Delivers high-quality, standardized, and compliant instruction on behalf of a governing certification body (PMI, AWS, Google Cloud, Workday, Anthropic, PDMA, etc.) under Client's ATP designation. Acts as a vetted, trusted delivery expert authorized to teach official, licensed courseware — bridging global vendor standards with local, sector-specific application for corporate learners
Standardized curriculum delivery: deliver virtual or in-person sessions strictly using the authorized partner's licensed courseware, slides, and official participant guides.
Interactive facilitation & engagement: run group discussions, case studies, role-play, and hands-on labs; adapt to diverse learning styles and skill levels within a cohort.
Student assessment & exam preparation: monitor progress, administer official practice assessments, and coach exam-taking strategy to drive certification pass rates.
Content contextualization: layer real-world, sector-specific examples onto standardized material so corporate learners see direct application to their industry.
Feedback & continuous quality improvement: collect CSAT/NPS feedback per the vendor's required instrument and cadence; act on it to stay above the vendor's minimum quality benchmark for continued authorization.
Logistics & resource care: set up virtual classroom tooling (Zoom, Teams, vendor LMS) or physical lab equipment, and troubleshoot technical issues in real time.
Compliance reporting: log completed sessions, attendance, and assessment results in the format each vendor's ATP program requires for audit and renewal.
Deliver ADA/WCAG-compliant sessions — captioning, screen-reader-compatible materials, and accommodation coordination for registered learners with disabilities.
Adapt pacing, examples, and language for multilingual and multicultural cohorts across global delivery engagements.
Administer official practice exams and proctored assessments under the vendor's exam-security protocol (candidate ID verification, lockdown browsers, anti-cheating monitoring where applicable).
Handle learner PII, scores, and completion records in line with applicable data privacy requirements and any client-specific data handling terms.
Required Skills & Competencies
Advanced group facilitation — pacing, difficult questions, inclusive participation.
Deep subject-matter expertise in the taught domain (project management, agile, cloud architecture, HR/ERP systems, etc.).
Instructional agility across classroom, VILT, and blended delivery.
LMS and collaboration-tool proficiency (whiteboards, polling, breakout rooms).
Business acumen to connect training content to the client's broader account relationship.
Must hold the credential being taught, in good standing (e.g., PMP for PMI ATPs, NPDP for product management).
Completion of the licensing body's mandatory instructor program (e.g., PMI's Train-the-Trainer PMP Exam Prep).
3–5+ years of verified facilitation experience with checkable teaching references.
