Attendant Caregiver North Dallas

About the Role:
Abounding Care is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in the North Dallas area. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those who need it most, providing essential support and companionship to clients in the Garland, TX community.



Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping duties
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed
• Maintain accurate care logs and documentation

Requirements:

• Previous caregiving, home health aide, or personal care assistant experience preferred
• Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
