The Room Attendant delivers rooms that meet brand standards for time, product, and placement. This position supports sales activity by quickly and efficiently cleaning and preparing rooms for resale to newly arriving guests. The role ensures consistently clean and fresh accommodations while delivering personalized service and “the unexpected” in guest experience. Reporting to the Floor Supervisor, the Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms and public areas according to established standards of cleanliness and propriety, ensuring guest satisfaction and maximizing revenue.
Schedule Requirements
The position includes morning and afternoon/evening shifts with regular weekend attendance. Holidays are scheduled as business requires.
Due to the cyclical nature of hospitality, flexibility is required to meet business needs. Participation in “all hands” events may be necessary.
The hotel operates 24/7, including holidays. The company strives to support work-life balance.
