The Louisiana Department of Insurance is seeking a qualified attorney to serve as an Attorney 4 in the Office of Legal Services, Regulatory Section. This position provides specialized legal guidance, representation, and support to the Office of Health, Life & Annuitys Pharmacy Benefit Management Enforcement Division and the Division of Consumer Services on complex legal and regulatory matters involving pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs). If you are an experienced attorney with a strong background in complex legal research, regulatory compliance, and administrative, regulatory, or civil litigation, we encourage you to apply.
Minimum Qualifications
Possession of a current Louisiana license to practice law plus three years of experience as a practicing attorney.
