You are responsible for the timely and accurate assignment of legal counsel or guardian ad litem to indigent clients for a variety of courts throughout the County as well as clerical duties related to the assignments.About UsThe Maricopa County Office of Public Defense Services assigns and oversees private attorneys contracted to represent indigent individuals in criminal, delinquency, dependency, mental health, and probate matters.
