Job Details

Responsibilities
Represent injured clients with professionalism, compassion, and efficiency throughout their cases
Evaluate potential new client matters and analyze case facts
Ensure compliance with legal procedures and internal protocols while clients undergo medical treatment
Negotiate personal injury settlements and oversee settlement resolution and disbursement processes
Provide leadership and case management support within the legal team
Communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and other stakeholders
Maintain accurate case documentation and case progression timelines

Qualifications
Active membership in the Arizona State Bar, or currently awaiting Character & Fitness approval
Prior plaintiff personal injury experience preferred but not required
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume legal environment
Exceptional written, verbal, and negotiation skills
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to establish trust and build strong client relationships
Sound business judgment and a high degree of professionalism
