About the RoleJoin a leading class-action and complex litigation firm as a Senior Associate Attorney. This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact wage-and-hour and consumer class-action cases, shape litigation strategy, and mentor junior attorneys while working on significant, high-profile matters.
Requirements
5+ years of employment litigation and class-action experience
Proven ability to manage cases independently and lead a team
Expertise in strategy, discovery, depositions, motions, and settlements
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and supervise Junior Associates
Oversee complex, high-stakes cases from start to finish
Develop case strategies and coordinate discovery, depositions, and motions
Guide client communications throughout litigation
Contribute to long-term strategic planning on major legal issues
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $200K–$400K + substantial bonuses
