Attorney

Title: Insurance Defense Attorney (Employment Law)Key Responsibilities:Handle all phases of insurance defense litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediation, trial preparation, and trial.Defend employers in employment law matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage & hour, leave, and other workplace-related claims.Represent insurance carriers and corporate clients in general liability, professional liability, and insurance coverage matters.Analyze insurance coverage issues and assist with coverage disputes and bad faith/extra-contractual claims.Qualifications:2+ years of litigation experience required.Strong background in Insurance Defense and Employment Law.Experience with General Liability, Professional Liability, Premises Liability, Product Liability, Transportation Liability, and Insurance Coverage matters is preferred.Knowledge of bad faith and extra-contractual claims is a plus.Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $180,000, based on experience and qualifications.
