Preferred experience or knowledge in Business & Real Estate Transactional including: Business and entity formation, selection, and structure Contract drafting, review and negotiationDrafting of corporate documents for complex business transactionsBuying/Selling a BusinessReal Estate Acquisitions, Dispositions, Leasing and Title Partnerships and Mergers & Acquisitions Real Estate Title and Closing ExperienceCommercial Finance including Borrower and /or Lender RepresentationLicensed to practice in OhioJuris Doctorate degree required2- 3 years of experience preferredThis is a wonderful opportunity for an attorney with an entrepreneurial spirit looking for a unique environment where hard work and business development are encouraged and rewarded.
