Job Details

Practice Focus

Business and commercial transactions
Real estate transactions

Experience

8–10 years of relevant transactional experience
Experience in Tax, Estates & Trusts, Intellectual Property, or Health Law is a plus
Some portable business is preferred, though not required

Qualifications

Active admission to the Maryland Bar (required)
Strong academic credentials
Excellent legal research and writing skills
Ability to work independently and manage matters with minimal supervision
Client-focused mindset and strong professional judgment
