Our litigation practice spans corporate and shareholder disputes, commercial litigation, construction, real estate, labor and employment, insurance disputes, product liability, toxic tort, class action defense, municipal and local government, trade secrets, intellectual property, and securities-related disputes. Job Details
  • Handle matters across corporate business disputes, general civil litigation, and municipal and local government representation
  • Appear in Pennsylvania courts including Common Pleas and Magisterial District — preliminary hearings, motion practice, and bench trials

Support jury trials and trial preparation as needed
  • Draft pleadings, briefs, and pre-trial and dispositive motions — manage discovery and case deadlines
  • Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on complex civil litigation issues
  • Participate in settlement strategy and negotiations with opposing counsel

Looking For:

J.D. and active PA bar license
Defense litigation experience at any level — junior associates through senior counsel welcome
