About the Role: 
Vargas Gonzalez Delombard LLP is seeking a talented and driven Attorney to join our dynamic legal team in Chicago, IL. Responsibilities: 

• Manage and litigate a diverse caseload from inception through resolution
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents including contracts, motions, briefs, and pleadings
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and negotiations
• Provide sound legal counsel and guidance to clients on complex matters
• Collaborate with partners and associates to develop effective legal strategies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and client records in compliance with firm standards

Requirements:
 

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active bar license and good standing in the State of Illinois
• Proven experience in legal research, writing, and courtroom advocacy
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and client-focused demeanor
