Take ownership of your own litigation files while earning a highly competitive compensation package designed to reward productivity.

In addition to a $160,000–$200,000 base salary, associates receive 50% of collected fees generated above 160 billable hours per month, paid quarterly. Many associates earn approximately $40,000 annually through the bonus program. You'll also receive 100% employer-paid medical and dental premiums, a 3% employer 401(k) contribution, employer-paid life insurance, PTO, and a hybrid schedule after onboarding.

You'll independently manage cases from inception through resolution, including depositions, discovery, motion practice, court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation across insurance defense, personal injury, commercial litigation, premises liability, products liability, and real property matters.

Requirements

• Active California Bar license
• 5+ years of direct litigation file handling
• Insurance defense or personal injury experience preferred
• Strong plaintiff-side candidates with excellent case evaluation experience will also be considered
• Experience with real property or HOA disputes preferred for more senior candidates

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $160,000–$200,000
• Quarterly productivity bonus (50% of collected fees above 160 billable hours per month)
