The successful attorney will manage civil defense matters from inception through resolution, including written discovery, motion practice, depositions, settlement negotiations, client reporting, mediation, and trial preparation.

Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts Bar admission required
- Rhode Island admission is strongly preferred for junior candidates
- New Hampshire or Connecticut admission is a plus
- Prior law firm litigation experience
- Civil defense litigation experience strongly preferred
- Experience with written discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial work preferred
- Strong research, writing, advocacy, and communication skills
- Ability to independently manage an active caseload while collaborating with colleagues
Compensation & Benefits
- $100,000–$150,000 based on experience
