What You’ll Do
Handle a caseload focused on construction defect litigation
Represent subcontractors and general contractors in active litigation matters
Draft pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motions
Conduct and defend depositions involving experts, contractors, and key witnesses
Prepare matters for mediation, arbitration, and trial
Collaborate with clients and partners on litigation strategy

Base salary starting at $175,000-$200,000+
Discretionary bonuses and origination credit
25% origination bonus on generated fees
