The position offers the opportunity to handle a combination of foreclosure/default matters and related real estate litigation, while working closely with experienced attorneys in a collaborative and supportive environment.ResponsibilitiesHandle contested foreclosure and default litigation from inception through resolutionAttend in‑person court hearingsDraft pleadings, motions, responses, affidavits, and legal correspondencePrepare exhibits, hearing materials, and court filings independentlyCommunicate with borrowers, pro se litigants, opposing counsel, courts, and clientsTrack litigation deadlines and manage case progressionAssist with foreclosure reviews and default‑related mattersEnsure compliance with statutory requirements and client timelinesCollaborate with attorneys and staff across the firmQualificationsRequired2–4 years of legal experience preferredAbility to attend in‑person hearings statewideStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage high‑volume caseloads with strong attention to detailComfortable handling both substantive and administrative litigation tasksStrong organizational and time‑management skillsPreferredExperience in foreclosure, default servicing, real estate litigation, creditor's rights, family law, or other high‑volume litigationExperience working with pro se litigants or emotionally sensitive situationsFamiliarity with Colorado state court procedures and motion practiceThis team offers a collaborative and flexible work environment focused on quality, not billable hours.
