Job Description
Represent employees in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower, wrongful termination, and related employment matters
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and other litigation documents
Conduct legal research and help develop case strategy
Participate in and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials
Communicate directly with clients and provide clear guidance regarding their workplace rights
Work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff throughout all stages of litigation
Manage deadlines and case responsibilities with strong attention to detail
Contribute to individual, class action, and other complex employment matters
Qualifications
Active California State Bar membership in good standing
1+ year of employment law experience
J.D. from an accredited law school
Strong legal research, writing, drafting, and analytical skills
Excellent verbal communication and client service skills
