What We’re Looking For
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active membership in good standing with the California Bar

Strong command of civil procedure, evidence, and courtroom practice
Proven ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
Strategic, analytical thinker with strong judgment
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently and in teams
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in legal research tools
Why You’ll Like Working Here
True work-life balance: predictable 40-hour workweeks and a culture that respects your time outside the office
Family-friendly environment with understanding and flexibility around life’s demands
In-office collaboration in a supportive, collegial setting
Competitive total compensation package
Employer-sponsored health insurance (medical, dental, vision)
