A client-focused estate planning practice is hiring an Estate Planning Attorney for its Murrieta and Corona offices. This opportunity is designed for attorneys who want to focus primarily on client interaction in a highly supported environment.

Attorneys in this role spend approximately 85–90% of their time working directly with clients. Dedicated internal teams handle the majority of non-attorney tasks, allowing attorneys to concentrate on advising, strategy, and relationship management.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial client consultations
• Develop estate planning strategies and recommend trust structures
• Draft complete estate plans, including wills and trusts
• Explain legal concepts clearly to clients
• Collaborate with financial professionals and third parties
• Maintain ongoing client communication
• Attend weekly case review meetings
• Manage multiple matters simultaneously

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 completed estate plans (start to finish)
• 3+ years of estate planning experience preferred
• Active California Bar license
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort with legal technology and drafting software

Compensation Structure:

• Base salary: $120,000 (less experienced) to $140,000–$150,000 (experienced)
• Total compensation typically ranges from $150,000 to $225,000
