Job Details
  • Handle a broad range of civil litigation matters across multiple practice areas
  • Manage cases from initial filing through resolution including discovery, motions, and trial
  • Represent clients in Virginia state courts across contested and uncontested matters
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and litigation documents
  • Participate in settlement strategy and negotiations with opposing counsel

Looking For:

  • J.D. and active VA bar license
  • 3+ years of civil litigation experience
  • Experience in one or more: collections, commercial landlord/tenant, residential landlord representation, commercial litigation, consumer litigation, fiduciary litigation, real estate litigation, employment disputes, guardianship, personal injury, lemon law, or defamation
