A boutique family law firm in Corona is seeking attorneys at varying levels of experience to join its growing practice. The firm is open to junior, mid-level, and senior attorneys, provided they have meaningful family law experience.
The practice handles complex family law matters with a focus on structured support, client service, and efficient case management. Attorneys work closely with internal support staff to manage cases from intake through resolution.

Responsibilities:
- Manage family law cases from intake through resolution
- Conduct client consultations and case strategy discussions
- Handle RFO hearings and motion practice
- Appear in court throughout Southern California
- Draft pleadings, motions, and agreements
- Conduct legal research and case analysis
- Manage settlement negotiations and client communication
- Maintain caseload of approximately 50–80 matters
- Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure case progression
Candidate Requirements:
- 2+ consecutive years of family law experience required
- Active California Bar membership
- Hearing and motion experience required
- Trial experience preferred
- Strong legal writing and courtroom presence
- Ability to manage cases independently
Compensation:
- Junior (2–5 years): up to $175,000
- Senior: $175,000 – $275,000
- Bonus opportunities available
Work Expectations:
- In-office role (Corona, CA)
- 1,515 annual billable hours
- Approx. 32.25 hours/week target over 47 weeks
- 50–80 active cases per attorney
