Bankruptcy Attorney (Mid-Level Associate & Above)

MUST HAVE- 6+ years in Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 12 cases; adversary proceeding plaintiffs and defendants; creditors’ committees; individual creditors; trustees in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 cases; and receivers 

Location: Fully Remote (North Carolina Only)
Requirements:
Active North Carolina Bar License
Mid-level to senior-level bankruptcy experience
Strong client management and case handling skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Job Description

Corporate / M&A Attorney (Mid-Level to Upper Mid-Level)

MUST HAVE - 6+ years of corporate and transactional experience, excellent academic credentials, and strong communications skills.

Location: Fully Remote (North Carolina Only)
Requirements:
Active North Carolina Bar License
Experience handling mergers & acquisitions, business transactions, and corporate matters
Strong drafting, negotiation, and client counseling skills
Ability to manage sophisticated transactions independently
