THE POSITION
Goldberg Segalla has an immediate opportunity for a General Liability Associate to join one of our California offices.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for arbitrations, mediations and trial, and be licensed to practice in California. The ideal candidate writes effectively, thinks strategically, and has practiced in one or more areas of civil litigation, such as general liability, insurance coverage and/or insurance defense.
THE BENEFITS
The annualized salary range for this position is $105,000-$165,000 and is eligible for bonuses and a full benefits package. Our benefits package includes, but is not limited to, health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) plan, flexible spending, and more.
