Lawyers for Justice was recently named a Global Recognition Awards “Best Workplaces” winner for 2026.Our firm has a large number of active cases in both state and federal courts throughout California.This is the perfect opportunity to get experience and exposure working with a powerhouse in state and federal plaintiffs-side class action litigation, against regional, national, and Fortune 500 companies in multiple industries.Responsibilities Represent plaintiffs in wage-and-hour class actions and related consumer and employment class and representative actions in state and federal courts.Assist in the prosecution of wage-and-hour, unfair business practice, discrimination, and false advertising matters.Contribute to handling a robust caseload across multiple industries for regional, national, and Fortune 500 companies.Collaborate with the team on large-scale litigation strategy and case management.Engage in discovery, oral advocacy, court appearances, motion practice, and taking/defending depositions.Qualifications Candidates must be either (a) licensed to practice law in California or (b) already licensed in another U.S. jurisdiction and pending admission to the California Bar.The ideal candidate will be licensed in California and have 5+ years of experience in civil litigation, including discovery, oral advocacy and court appearances, motion practice, and taking/defending depositions.Prior experience with class actions, complex litigation, and wage-and-hour litigation is a plus.Candidates must be able to travel on occasion.Job Type Full-timeBenefits 401(k)Health insurancePaid time offVision insuranceOpportunity for Performance Based Discretionary Bonus & Merit IncreasesLicense/Certification Must be licensed to practice law in the state of California#J-18808-Ljbffr
