Join us!Job Description:This job is responsible for providing legal counsel on products, services, regulatory matters, and commercial credit transactions that support the Commercial Banking business. Key responsibilities include structuring, negotiating and advising on commercial credit arrangements as well as specific advice regarding commercial legal framework.
