Senior Litigation Attorney (In-House) - Long-Term Temp Opportunity

Join a global consumer products and entertainment company with a strong focus on litigation. This is a high-impact litigation role supporting a broad portfolio across toys, entertainment, and consumer products.

This is a long-term temporary role paying up to 100 an hour, may go higher DOE, and it's a great opportunity for someone looking to transition into an in-house litigation role.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage litigation matters from start to finish
• Develop and execute litigation strategy and early case assessment
• Handle all phases of litigation, including investigations, discovery, and court filings
• Serve as litigation attorney of record in state and federal courts
• Manage litigation proceedings such as depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
• Advise internal teams on litigation risk, claims, and defenses
• Negotiate and resolve litigation disputes
• Oversee litigation holds, e-discovery, and subpoenas
• Work closely with and manage outside litigation attorneys

What We're Looking For

• JD and active California Bar membership
• 6-10 years of strong litigation experience
• Significant experience handling complex litigation matters, including depositions and trials
• Background in commercial or IP litigation is a plus
• Ability to independently manage multiple litigation cases
• Strong communication and judgment in a fast-paced litigation environment
