Responsibilities:Handle all phases of complex civil litigation, including pre-suit investigations, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and appeals.Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and client communications.Prepare clients and witnesses for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial.Attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and other litigation proceedings.Qualifications:1 - 4+ years of litigation experience required.Litigation experience is must.Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.Toxic Tort, Insurance Defense, Premises Liability, Product Liability, Construction Law, Professional Liability, and Employment Law, etc.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $120,000-$160,000.
