Key Details:
- Pay: $90,000-$115,000 DOE plus bonus opportunity.
- Expected salary ranges by experience level:
- Less than 3 years: $90,000-$98,000
- 3-5 years: $99,000-$109,000
- 5+ years: $110,000-$115,000
- Bonuses typically add approximately $5,000-$15,000 annually, depending on workload and performance.
- Benefits: 401k, health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, CLE and license renewal reimbursement.
- Location: At our office in Lehi, Utah. Relocation assistance is available, and we welcome applications from candidates interested in moving to the area!
- Schedule: Full time, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct client consultations in English and Spanish.
- Manage a caseload that may include family-based petitions, removal defense, asylum, naturalization, and other immigration matters.
- Prepare and review immigration filings and draft legal documents, including affidavits, motions, and briefs.
- Represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, and other government agencies as appropriate.
- Review filings and collaborate with paralegals to support high quality case preparation and client service.
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and compassionately with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Stay current on immigration law developments, policies, and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed and in good standing with a U.S. state bar.
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken, required.
- Immigration law experience is preferred; however, attorneys with transferable legal experience and a strong interest in immigration law are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated empathy and commitment to providing exceptional client service.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or reviewing the work of legal support staff is a plus.
