Position Summary
A fully remote opportunity is available for a Litigation Attorney to manage a high-volume caseload focused on breach of warranty and mold-related matters. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and strong earning potential through a performance-based compensation structure. It is well-suited for early-career attorneys, including recent law school graduates licensed (or pending licensure) in Arizona.
Role Overview
- Manage cases from intake through resolution
- Handle breach of warranty and mold litigation matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, and related legal documents
- Utilize legal technology, AI tools, and case management systems
- Work independently while meeting deadlines in a fully remote environment
Candidate Requirements
- Licensed in Arizona or pending Arizona licensure
- Open to recent law graduates and early-career attorneys
- Ideal candidates will have 6 months to 1 year of experience, including internships, clerkships, or entry-level litigation exposure
- Litigation experience preferred, but level is flexible
- Comfortable using legal tech and digital tools
- Ability to independently manage a high-volume workload
- Must be based in Arizona
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary approximately $70K–$80K (flexible based on experience)
