SourcePro Search has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced M&A Attorney. The candidate must posses:

3-5 years of experience representing leading private equity funds,
their portfolio companies and public companies in a full range of corporate transactions,
including mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, leveraged financings, restructurings and reorganizations.

Strong academics and large law firm experience is required.
