Compensation: $350K+ (On-Site but flexible with hybrid/remote when able to)

We are seeking an experienced Unlawful Detainer Attorney Manager to serve as a key leader and coach within our litigation team. This individual will play a pivotal role in overseeing, training, and mentoring attorneys and staff handling unlawful detainer cases while ensuring the highest standards of client service and case outcomes.

    • Case Oversight: Manage and supervise the unlawful detainer caseload, ensuring deadlines are met and filings are handled with precision.

    • Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, train, and inspire attorneys and support staff.

    • Strong organizational and case management skills.

    • Exceptional communication and client service orientation.

    • A proactive, hands-on leader who thrives in an on-site, collaborative environment.

    • Landlord/Tenant or Unlawful Detainer Attorney previously (licensed and worked in CA)

    Why Join Us

    • High-impact leadership role where you’ll shape the future of our UD practice.

    • Competitive compensation package up to $350K+ (even flexible for the right fit) + performance bonus + pay raise yearly

    • Growth Opportunities for partner level positions
    • Direct access to firm leadership and the ability to make a measurable difference in case outcomes and team development.

    • Collaborative, team-driven culture that values both expertise and mentorship.
