Attorney - Midlevel to Senior Litigator

Knobbe Martens is seeking a lateral associate with a life science/biotech background and 3-7 years of patent litigation experience encompassing all discovery stages, motion practices, and trial preparations. Candidate must have strong academic credentials as well as superior written and verbal communication skills. An advanced degree in biology, biomedical engineering or pharmaceutical sciences is strongly preferred.

Base salary range for this position is $230,000 - $305,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. The compensation for this position may also include annual bonuses.
