Job Details

Responsibilities:
Manage a full caseload of insurance defense matters from inception through resolution
Conduct fact and expert witness depositions
Draft motions, pleadings, discovery responses, and legal memoranda
Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, and conferences
Collaborate with clients, experts, and internal teams to develop case strategy
Maintain clear, timely communication with clients and colleagues

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in insurance defense or related litigation practice
Demonstrated experience handling depositions (fact and expert)
Active bar admission in New Jersey and New York (required)
Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
