Job Details

Work hybrid remote.

You'll represent landowners in oil and gas matters, handling litigation and contract work across Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia, and eastern Ohio.

• Prepare pleadings, prepare and respond to discovery, and prepare for depositions
• Research and draft briefs, memoranda, and litigation position statements
• Make court appearances and evaluate evidence for trials and hearings
• Review contract documents and research instruments in chains of title
• Counsel clients on oil and gas contract matters and potential litigation

Looking for:

• PA Bar Admission (WV and OH licensure a plus)
• Recent litigation experience
